Your Core Responsibilities * Menu Innovation: Assist in the development of seasonal, trend-setting menus and daily specials.
- Kitchen Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate the kitchen team to maintain peak performance.
- Quality Assurance: Execute recipes with absolute precision and ensure every plate meets the house standard.
- Operational Management: Manage inventory, oversee stock control, and minimize wastage.
- Daily Oversight: Ensure full compliance with HACCP, health and safety, and kitchen cleanliness protocols.
The Ideal Candidate * Proven Experience: You have held a Sous Chef or Senior CDP role in a high-volume, quality-driven environment.
