This is a role for a creator. Our client is looking for someone to take the lead in their pastry section, developing unique recipes and producing artisanal baked goods that "delight the senses." Key Responsibilities * Recipe Development: Design and develop unique, seasonal pastry recipes and desserts.
- Production Management: Oversee the full production cycle of all baked goods, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Visual Standards: Ensure every item meets high presentation standards with a genuine "flair for creativity."
- Section Leadership: Maintain a highly organized workspace, managing stock and daily production schedules.
- Hygiene & Safety: Ensure the section remains fully compliant with all HACCP and food safety regulations.
