On behalf of our client, we are seeking an energetic and skilled Line Chef to join one of Galway’s busiest and most respected kitchens. This is a role for a chef who loves the "buzz" of a high-volume service and takes pride in delivering perfect plates at speed.

Your Core Responsibilities
- Line Execution: Prepare and finish dishes accurately, efficiently, and to the exact house specification.
- Service Flow: Work in sync with the kitchen brigade to ensure the timely delivery of orders during peak hours.
- Culinary Excellence: Maintain a passion for quality, ensuring every plate leaving the kitchen is consistent and high-standard.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple orders simultaneously without compromising on detail or safety.
- Section Upkeep: Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked in accordance with HACCP standards.
