About the Role:As Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for running your own section, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality dishes. You’ll work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain a smooth, efficient kitchen operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present dishes to a high standard
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
Manage stock, orders, and mise en place for your section
Contribute to menu planning and development
Train and mentor junior staff when required
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
\Strong understanding of kitchen operations and HACCP standards
Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy environment
Passion for food, presentation, and innovation
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
