In the role of junior sous chef the employer is looking for someone who has built up knowledge and understanding in working with fresh food maintaining high standards is paramount in this position, using your skills and experience to coach and train the team and for supporting the Head chef/Sous Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen. monitoring of daily hygiene checks, someone who will relish at the opportunity in producing input into future menus and specials,

• Good proven organisation and planning skills gained through previous experience
• Someone who can work in all sections of the kitchen

• Run the kitchen operation in absence of Executive Chef or Sous Chef
